SCS-100-BHN (3017S) Non-Self Contained Electronic Road Weighbridge

Platform Structure: Modular 220mm “U” beam construction comprising six 5.70m X 1.5m sections for site bolt together assembly; top plate: 10mm thick Durbar Chequer plate for improved traction; sand blasted and finished in anti corrosion primer and paint. Safe overload: 120%.

Load Cells: 8 x DZBM-62-30t stainless steel compression load cells (with safe overload 150%) hermetically sealed to IP68. Load cell cables are terminated in platform mounted stainless steel junction box(es). (Avery Nigeria can offer Avery Weigh-Tronix T301x digital load cells if there is a long distance to the weigh-office – up to 1000 Metres).

Free Motion: Self centering is a feature of the stainless steel strut unit assemblies.

Restraint: Adjustable bolts are set to engage the end kerbs. Reinforced RSJ end kerbs can be supplied can be supplied as an option

Indicator Systems: All Avery Weigh-Tronix standard indicators designed for weighbridge applications are suitable for use with this range of weighbridges with analogue load cells. Avery Weigh-Tronix T301 digital load cells are supported, other indicators can be supplied specific to particular digital load cells.

Hazardous Areas: Suitable for Zones 1 and 2 with Avery Nigeria supplied SysTec indicators and ATEX protections.

Indicator/Accessories: Avery Nigeria primarily supply and support Avery Weigh-Tronix indicators and accessories. These include remote displays, traffic management and software packages. Our Sales Department will provide information on request.
