Strength: All sizes are designed to carry any vehicle covered by the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) regulations. Although many vehicles not covered by the regulations about axle loading and spacing may be carried by the weighbridge, it is important that confirmation be obtained. The basic design meets the requirements of GB50057-94 and GB64-83

Load cell: 8 x Zemic HM9B-C3-30t alloy tool steel double ended shear beam load cells (with safe overload 150%) hermetically sealed to IP68. Load cell cables are terminated in platform mounted stainless steel IP66 junction box(es). The SCS-100T-V12 has technical compliance to EU/O.I.M.L. directives on international traffic gross vehicle and axle weights.
Indicator Systems/Data management: Typically Avery Weigh-Tronix ZM510 with TM-295 ticket printer, or the MI Payload weighbridge data management software package. The ZM510 has three serial communication ports and Ethernet as standard and a full range of other connectivity options. All Avery Weigh-Tronix standard indicators designed for weighbridge applications are suitable for use with this range of weighbridges with analogue load cells. Avery Weigh-Tronix T301 digital load cells are supported, other indicators can be supplied specific to digital load cells.
Hazardous Areas: Suitable for Zones 1 and 2 with Avery Nigeria supplied SysTec indicators and ATEX protections.
