Fully programmable weigh indicator. Its flexible large graphic 320 x 160-pixel green display can be programmed to show valuable weight data needed to carry out processes fast and efficiently. Designed for flexibility and full customization, ideal for a range of multiple filling / batching / bagging, weight monitoring, counting and checkweighing applications.

The ZM615 is an advanced, high-end Lua programmable indicator with a large full graphic display to allow process steps to be customized to meet customer requirements.  This along with flexible print formatting makes this indicator ideal for a wide range of process weighing applications from filling, batching, in-motion, checkweighing, to truck, bench and floor scale systems.

Enclosures

Constructed for use in the office, dusty, wet or high pressure, heavy washdown and outdoor environments. The ZM615 is IP69K Stainless Steel Enclosure offering complete protection against water and dust ingress. Designed for long service in extreme conditions, including corrosive environments and frequent, heavy washdown, the ZM615 adapts to desk, wall or column mount applications.

It is also available in a stainless steel IP66 panel mounted model offers high resistance to dust and water and is designed specifically for easy installation in control panels or control room applications.

Keypads

The ZM615 Weight Indicator features a numeric keypad with chemical resistant, metal domed keys, giving the user crisp and positive tactile feedback when compressed. Additionally, five programmable smart keys allow specific weighing tasks to be assigned to the indicator, allowing weighing operations to be carried out quickly and effectively. The ZM615 can also support additional external USB keyboards ideal for entering in and alphanumeric entries.

Dot-matrix graphical display

The ultra-bright green and black graphic “Improved Super Twisted Nematic (ISTN)” display provides excellent visibility and color contrast. The large 320×160-pixel screen gives plenty of space to display user-prompts, graphics, images and multiple weight values. With its wide viewing angles, the high contrast is easily visible in extreme working environments and inverts for optimum viewing in brightly lit locations.

Tailored connectivity

The ZM615 has multiple serial and USB ports included as standard, with an Ethernet port that can be configured to support ten independent devices with twenty protocols. With an array of connectivity options, the ZM615 is also designed to ensure compatibility and communication between old and new peripheral technologies.
